Vegetarian for over 20 years, she was involved in many vegetarian recipes creations, and is still part of her number one passion. She creates menu planning for customers, and teaches culinary techniques and methods to help and understand many food preparation related to plant based foods. A full time instructor at Living Light Culinary Institute for many years, she traveled from the east to the west coast, teaching healthy food choices. Now, she teaches her community how to make wonderful, healthy and flavorful meals.
